3. Subscriptions & Billing

• Subscriptions auto-renew unless canceled.
• Payments are processed by Apple or Google.
• Refunds are handled by Apple or Google.

4. Intellectual Property

All app UI, graphics, and original content are owned by Lux Verbi.

5. User Conduct

You agree not to misuse or reverse-engineer the app.

6. Disclaimers

The app is provided "as is" without warranties.

7. Limitation of Liability

Lux Verbi is not liable for indirect or consequential damages.

8. Termination

We may suspend access for violations of these Terms.

9. Account Deletion

You may delete your data at any time through the app under Settings → Data & account.
